Poor service and failure to replace handset

Hello Peter, I have a contract with Cell C, expiring in October 2013. My phone was in February 2013, and I reported the incident, and followed all the necessary procedures to replace my handset, since it was insured under C Cover. The service I got from Cell C in Menlyn was very poor, I was given the wrong forms and wrong information, After a month, I realized that nothing is happening. After several efforts to follow-up, I got a response that they wont replace my phone due to misuse, meaning that by the time my phone was, i was using another simcard. I contested this decision three times and my appeals were rejected. At times they were not even returning my calls. May you please assist to get the replacement of my handset.
