MTN Robbed ME

I signed up for Anytime 50 Top up and have not yet activated my sim card. I was very suprised to see a deduction of more than R 450.00 instead of R39 .00 that I am suppose to pay. I called in and the agent told me that I have signed up for 200 Top up. I just want my money back (hard cash) and to cancel all other contracts I have with them. They big time. I have a contract copy with me, where does 200 Top up come from? I am still waiting for a call from whoever to explain what. I just want my cash klaar!
