False advertising and Breach of Contract

My husband and I viewed as advertised and presented to us by the agent and recieved a contract for a property to the value of R2888 we concented to the contract and moved in. A day after moving in we brought the hard copy signed with the few questions we had. The agent on duty refused to take the contract that we had already signed and insisted that we take her copy to sign and keep ours. We suspected nothing because we had asked all the questions we had based on our contract. We signed raised the few defects we had spotted and she assured us that they would be attended to. We paid the rent in a timely fashion only to get an sms that our rent was outstanding. Upon contacting them they said our rental amont was R3090 which is not what we had in our contract and not what the agent had said upon viewing and paying deposit and contracting fee. We signed a contract in good faith and ended up deceived and the defects are not even fixed. We did not even get an apology or a acknowledgement of mistake just a snooty email with an attechment of a copy of a contract we had to demand first before we got a copy.
