This is to backup and confirm a telephonic conversation I just had with Molly Txaba (?), a supervisor I spoke to at Telkom regarding a chain of faults that have been giving me absolute nightmares for almost two months now. I have requested from her to send a technician to my premises TOMORROW (2013/07/04).

I have called and emailed and complained and tried my level best to be patient, to be polite, and to be understanding, but after approximately six or seven different fault reference numbers, closing calls without resolving the problem, and outright lying to my face, I can no longer be any of those things.

I have been promised that I would get to speak to a manager by the name of Churchill, but clearly the man is far too busy being a prime minister to attend to a paying, unhappy customer.

If it happens that no technician arrives at my premise on 2013/07/04, I will have no choice but to take my complaint to ICASA, to newspapers, and to radio stations.
