I have complained about this more than once before.
Since Virgin Mobile changed over to a new system, nothing has been the same. I have to switch my phone off 4 - 5 times a day just so that my bbm can work, reception is bad, the call cost is rediculous & 9 out of 10 times my husbands phone says not registered on the network or no reception or it just cutts you off in the middle of a call. This never use to be like this. Why didn't they just leave it on the old system?
