Kindly note that the charges are valid, according to our records on 2013/05/18 there was a session opened where data worth R298.68 was downloaded as well as 2013/05/19 the data downloaded cost R161.51. These are excluding vat. REQ:2333661

Can you kindly send me the activity logs, and proof that I had exhausted the data plan. I believe that unused data carries over to the following month. so according to me I should have had more than 2GB on my Sim card
