Billing over R14000 for data that was not used

I was billed just over R14000 today 19.11.2013 and MTN disconnected my service after receiving a sms. upon enquiring as to why I was billed such a huge amount, they said I have downloaded over two gigs for a session. As I can remember I downloaded nothing and I still have bought data left of about 88 megs and promo monthly data of about 135 megs left, but my airtime was depleted and my monthly data was depleted which resulted in this huge bill, whereas previous months my bill was not even over R400. So how could I be downloading when it didn't even use my bought data and my promo data, instead it used all my airtime and my other data I get a month. I have a Samsung S4 m and I have a limit under its data usage settings of 500 megs. Even according to my phone, did I not reach the limit and it doesn't even show apps or programs that used over 2 gigs of data today. I find this really strange and I am also highly dissatisfied that I must only wait till the 14 December my billing period to see whos at fault and that in the mean time they have disconnected my service. Please respond so that this can be sorted. I see aswell someone else on this website have had the same problem today onMTN
