Vodacom handled me well and was excellent on the level headedness of Wayne, the technician that phoned me on the 31 of May at 12:17. I was so happy at the resolution that I changed my complaint to a compliment. I looked online and it looked like my bill had been updated. But I obviously counted my chickens before they hatched since I had a debit on my account for R2700 even though my online bill showed R149. So I was charged all the fees that went with other debit orders not going through and having to make plans with finance all because Vodacom didn't follow through... What a disappointment. Tried phoning Vodacom... computers down.. Phillip kept telling me he needed to check something without telling me what he needed to check or why I had to spend 40min resolving nothing. Come on Vodacom... why must I get service only when I lodge a complaint?
