Last month my iPad sim was disconnected because Vodacom said I hadnt paid my account. I have received no Statements or any notification of my account. This month only R9, 90 was deducted from my account. My normal payment should be R299 per month. I have been holding on for Vodacom via their 082 111 number plus the 082 1946 number and have poor inefficient service the whole way through. I find that they need to up their gane get their act together as this is absolutely dismal. They dont seem to learn anything!
