MTN Ripping People Off

How come mtn says that we cant use our top up airtime to buy data bundle as we pay for it. where does it say we get the money for free and pay for the device only. mtn is ripping people off as we pay for airtime that i cant use as i want. all other networks allow it. if mtn want to keep their customers i suggest keeping them happy. the way i feel now i can change my network in today's life that would be easy.
