Debit order date not amended and rude attitude

I applied for insurance with Cellsure (administrators of your insurance) on the 20th June received confirmation that the policy has been activated. I inticated that my debit order should be made ofr the 25th of each month- on the 24th of June 2013 I called and spoke to Celeste who ensured that she has amended the date-however she never bothered to inform me that it would only be for the next month_ during our conversation I asked a few times and she confirmed that the debit can be corrected at anytime for anydate. To my suprise the request hasnt been done. The call centre isnt able to assist me and I need assistance from some from a manager as the call centre isnt willing to assist!!!
