A few months ago, Nedbank in its wisdom amended my debit order date from the 26 to the 21 without my consent or knowledge, I phoned and requested that the date be amended permanently to the 26 of each month (my salary date), My debit order ran on the 26 May, but ran it on the 21 June (fortunately there was sufficient funds in my account to cover it). Again I phoned the call centre and waited over 5 minutes for an answer and still no one can tell me why the date was changed. The lady I spoke to was really helpful but she could not tell me why the date was amended.

This is not higher grade, all I asked for is for the date to stay on the 26th of each month and please to notify me if there are going to be any changes to this date, its not that hard
