PROBLEM 1: still waiting for my copy of the contract.

Receive statement with incorrect POBox.
SOLUTION: phone 111 and advise of admin error and provide correct POBox.
PROBLEM 2: POBox info still incorrect.

March 2012
Pay R 1'140.71 data services, smart phones be hungry.
PROBLEM 3: contest bill, hear justification, foot the bill.
PROBLEM 4. Hi 111, May I get my statement?

April 2012
Pay R 2'535.09 for data services,
No Problem...
SOLUTION: pull out sim card, who needs 111.

May 2013
PROBLEM 5: start using sim card again, paid R 409.02 for 44MB.

June 2013
SOLUTION: call 111 ref no. S3-TSU27-7K040, wait feedback
PROBLEM 6: no feedback.

July 2013
PROBLEM 7: no feedback, call 111 ref no. 2993201
PROBLEM 8: statement pls.
