Very upset!!!

I opened a new contract with Cell C on 29 June 2013 (Samsung S3 Mini and a Tab for R449 per month). On 10 July i had a look at my balance and it said that i need to pay R550 end of July, why R100 more that what the contract said??? When I phoned the branch the guy said on his system it shows i need to pay R789??? No one can explain this amount to me. He said he will investigate and phone me by Friday and Im still waiting. On Monday 15 July the morning i still had 26mb of data left at 19:00 the night i got a message to say 0 data on my phone... the only application i use daily is whatsapp, and now i cant use anything except make phone calls and sms. I want to end this contract asap. If i have problems like this in the first 15 days of my new contract can you imagine after 2 years???
