Dissappointing customer service

In January this year i got a call from an agent of vodacom (0861123123). the rep asked me to upgrade my phone from the Blackberry 9300 to the 9320. as it was my time to upgrade, i agreed. i would normally go into a vodacom outlet and do this myself but due to me going out of the country i thought it would be great if they would deliver. i received my phone a few days later. everything seemed to be in order.by the 6th of February 2013 my phone starting "freezing" up whilst messaging etc. i phoned Rewards back to say that i was not happy with the phone freezing and i was also not happy withthe fact that i wasnt given other options that were available. i spoke to a agent by the name of Sandy that said she would take my query up and get back to me. she hasnt to date called back. i tried calling the agent on numerous ocassions just to get put from department to department with no joy. my phone now freezes up with a little clock that comes on the sreen all the time. this is really poor quality from the product and unacceptable customer service. i need someone to deal with this urgently and please give me a call back.
