My Husband ordered a blackberry for me via the sales contact centre, we SPECIFICALLY ordered it via the sales contact centre as none of our nearest franchise' had a white blackberry, after ordering it and waiting 10 business day YES 10 as opposed to their of 5-7 working days we received the phone in BLACK!!! My husband then called the same call centre again and now they are fetching the BLACK phone and we need to wait another 5-7 working days for a white blackberry... My question is why are we being inconvenienced for their stupidity! and top why do we need to wait another 5-7 working days??? Not only will the special then be over but we will then also be billed for a month service which we never had a phone for!!!
