HARRASSMENT

For the last TWO YEARS I have been advising DS that the company to whom they address faxes at my office moved in 2010. I have spent countless hours phoning, faxing and emailing DS about this and requesting them to amend their records to no avail. I find it amazing that every time someone is reached on the phone, they say that they have been experiencing problems with their system and are "so sorry". Empty promises and assurances to "sort it out" end in naught. Two years of problems with their systems - I think that they need to get a new IT company!!! And of course Mrs Roberta Seymour is ALWAYS busy and never available. Kind and courteous calls and emails are of no use. I am extremely tired of receiving spam from these people. It has reached the level of harrasment now. Unprofessional, dishonest and incompetent are just three words that come to mind. I would strongly advise anybody considering making use of their services, not to do so.
