Cell C service worse than words can describe

This is now the 3rd report that I write in this forum in 3 weeks, regarding the pathetic service I am receiving from Cell C. I have had countless conversations with the Call Center at Cell C (They do record it but I am sure no one ever listens to those!!) about this issue. Every time I phone, they apologize and switch on my service and with some arrogance tell me that they will sort out my problems- even though my problems have been ongoing since Dec 2012. Nothing I say can convince them that they will not sort it out- the reason being that a payment by me has been debited against my account and therefore my services are suspended regularly- almost on a weekly basis. Until my debit is reversed to a credit as it should be- this problem will not go away. Funiwe Hintsho has promised many times that she will do this- with no results. She does not respond to emails or phone calls. What disgusting service, what arrogance and what indifference to a client! Truly mind-blowing. Anyone who reads this should stay clear from Cell C!
