CELL C IS UNABLE TO TELL THE TRUTH

Cell C told me that they did not blacklist me. I phoned Experian and was informed that although I was not blacklisted, I was listed as a 'slow' payer. I was also informed that it will reflect badly on any credit application and was advised to dispute this. To late actually, because I applied for credit to fix the damage caused to my car by somebody who tried to steel it. I have no short term insurance. So, Cell C, are you going to pay for the repairs now seeing that I cannot get credit due to your stupidity? I cannot get my car before I pay for the repairs. Your company are clearly incompetent and a disgrace. Sipho was supposed to solve my previous problem but he tried to blame Cell C's gross negligence on me and about the impact of what they did to my credit profile. Nicely done, Cell C. Where is the CEO and is he approving of his employees' incompetence? I would really like to hear from him.
