Cell C
I have been put on ITC as a bad payer!!!

Im hoping this report is not a waste of my time but im extremely fed up and this is my last resort.
I went to a credit provider yesterday and was declined due to bad payment from cell c.
In November 2012 I went to Cell C in Galleria and requested a cancellation of my expired contract With a data bundle. They informed me all went through and i left. At the end of December I still received data and a debit was still going through for the data. In Jan same thing happened. On Feb 15 I called Cell C to enquire about my cancellation, only then during the call did they cancel the account. this being said, I was still charged up until the end of mrch for a product i did not have and when i put a stop on the debit order a reconnection fee was charged. i have called on numerous occasions and no one can assist and only finance can help, i called them too but no one has gotten back to me. Now i am listed as a bad payer on ITC and cannot apply for any credit due to Cell C being incompetent. Fed up and will take this further if Need Be.
