Debit orders, charging me for their faults

I have made arrangements with bears to change my debit orders to monthly, because it was weekly, I have made this arrangements early in December 2012. The debit orders then went off each week in dec as it was suppose to and then from january it should only go off on the 31 st. So the problem is debit orders went through on the first week of january (but as i arranged my pay was changed to monthly and no money was in my bank account to do so) so beares placed me on ITC something and the second week another debit order came and actually went through. I called bears and asked them to reverse or stop the debit orders and so they said they cant. I would like to add it cost me R70 for each debit order and there was three different orders, I had to stop through my bank and its not fair!!! I would like bears to pay for their mistake not me pay for their mistake it doesnt work like that!!!
