Vodacom reneges on agreement

Vodacom placed an ad, Trade in you SII for an S4. No preconditions on the advert. When I called they said I do not qualify. after about 10 calls to different people they just laughed at me, told me I was wasting their time. I complained on their Facebook site. Based on this I had a few phones calls to say they would honour their advert as soon as they had stock.
Once they got stock they called and said I could come in and they would give me the new phone and amend my contract.
Once I got there, they then said all I had to do was to take a more expensive contract and then I could have the phone. When I said this was not what they had agreed to on the phone, Alistair from Canal Walk said "sorry, but it is the best we can do"
Sorry Vodacom - but you have treated me like an for the last time. I will take my 5 phone numbers and my R2500 a month to another provide
