Voice mail and Customer Support

Good day

I am disappointed in mtn customer support service. I am unable to access my voicemail msgs and I have been calling 808 the whole night but this lady by the name Thuli a consultant keep transferring me to someone else and the call ends up being disconnected! What is the use of voicemail service if you can not use it!
