Cannot cancel voicemail

I have been trying since nov 2012 to have my voicemail cancelled. I have called the autopage techical support probably more than 20 times. Result? Nil.

For the last 10yrs I had my phone without voicemail. If someone call me and I am not available, the answering service will just state: ' the nr you have dialed is not available, plse try again later' and it will not give you any option to leave a message. Since Oct2012 I started to get voice messages out of the blue... I have been trying to stop it ever since.

My advice to new clients: do not support autopage mtn! They do not care about you! I will move my account to a new service provider as soon as my contract expires.

I am a director of a medium size company and I really do not think it is fair from autopage mtn to waste my time anymore than they have done so far. I have probably spend two hous on the phone so far and my PA probably another hour or so. And we are just getting nowhere...

They record every phone call I have made. I challenge autopage mtn: plse check your records and disclose to us on this forum how many calls I have made and how much time I have spend trying to resolve an issue that should be a single 1min
