Delayed move of line plus bad attitude

Having visited the Somerset Mall branch I was pleasantly surprised by the good and friendly service I got from a Telkom shop, and really thought Telkom turned things around to retain there existing customers.

There has been issues with cables but has been fixed for more than 2 weeks now and I have been waiting since beginning June now for my line to be moved, or at least get an approximate installation date.

However... after waiting for more than a week for someone to call me and give me feedback on the move of my line and scheduled installation date, I tried to use the national call centre...
Going from menu to menu, typing in number after number, eventually ending up at someone which is useless to help me and unfriendly. Then they either transfer me back to the call centre menu again or put the phone down...
I had to call the call centre a few times and eventually after literally 30-40min I just gave up!

If this is the way you are retaining your customers Telkom, way to go! seems like things are back the way they used to be...
