Your blackberry service is disgusting
your consultants are extremely rude and have no knowledge, i have a call logged #6725275 no response for a week Pathetic service.
3 of your support staff have told me that blackberry has changed its server and that is the reason i cant download mp3's, if this was the case it would have blocked all blackberries over all networks.
As i write this i get a response, Stating that MTN has blocked this service,
However is open to all other cellphone brands. (as stated by one of your consultants Tumi)
