On 02/09/2013 my cellphone line was blocked due to high usage, I contacted cellc with regards to this issue and was told a case has been open and was told to wait for a response from customer service, so I did and a few days later I was told that I need to update my software on my phone because it is downloading content without my consent, and thereafter I was told to make a 50% deposit to activate my line, I informed them that I am not paying for something that I have no knowledge of. Anyway i was informed that I cannot update my software as it has the latest version, despite numerous conversations and reference numbers it been over a month with a blocked line and everytime I call customer sevice another case is opened and nobody seems to know what they are doing, I'm yet to recieve any joy from this matter.
