Incorrect billing

I just spoke to Rafiqar from the billing department after recent communications I have received of owing Mweb. I have made arrangements around May/June 2013 to have my email address [Email Removed] cancelled and only to find out that I'm still billed for it. They sent me forms for cancellations of which I sent back and now at my suprize its still active.
I would like to express my disappointment at Mweb as my service provider given the fact that I still have my domain with them and I'm thinking of rather moving my domain elsewhere.
