Unauthorized Port & Port Reversal Req. Unattended

On 27th May 2013, my cellphone number is ported to MTN from Cell C without my authorization. After consultation with FUNDA at MTN Cavendish Square at Claremont, Cape Town, I made an affidavit with details of my circumstances, and submitted my request for port reversal to be done on my behalf, and requested compensation of my lost pre-paid credit due to this unauthorized port if the fault resides with MTN. The reference numbers are #2234296 and #2234207 - one is submitted to the department, and one is submitted to Cape Town Operation Department. One week later, no action taken. SHEHAM at MTN Cavendish assisted me and escalated my query to Head of Cape Town Operation. Another week passed, no action was taken on my query. I have made another trip last week, and the manager at MTN Cavendish at the time looked into the system, and found out that the status of my query was "RESOLVED" with a side note that because I am a MTN contract, so my number was ported back to MTN, while I am a pre-paid user previously when I was last with MTN. To this date, ONE MONTH PAST, no port reversal has been done, no explanation on why my number was ported to MTN, no compensation on lost credit.
