Super Bad Service

I'm a client of Nashua Mobile branch at Albertan City Mall for the last 7 to 8 months were I asked them from the beginning that the debit order must go off on the 31st of every month because I'm only get paid then. But from the beginning the debit order goes off on the 25th of every month when I have no money in that account. I spoke to Albertan City Branch at least 8 to 10 time and I have been in store 2 times and they still have not changed the date to the 31st. I'm not happy because this loges me as a bad payer and I'm not. This must be sorted out by the month off June.
