There has still not been any progress on a faulty ADSL line after escalation and numerous phone calls.
The reference numbers provided in the last week alone: ARS 229664 / 94ATK250613 / F170276
Please note that this is after trying every avenue over the last TWO MONTHS!
When I call the helpdesk to find out what what is going on with escalation ARS 229664 the agent responds with the following (and I quote): "I dont know".
To say the service is pathetic is an understatement.
Such a pity that you have a monopoly on the copper infrastructure as you don't deserve nor care much for your client base.
Note - Had to save this message in notepad and copy paste it to hellopeter as my line disconnected twice while trying to type this.
