I am really at my end with you people.

You have history of all my complaints. I was contacted by a representative and assured this issue was sorted!
You have been my money since January. PLEASE explain to me why I am still being charged R521.93 for the Straight Up 200 Top-up, where as I should be paying R350 for the Straight up 200 package which amounts to the R399 promotional deal you had. I WAS ASSURED THIS WAS CORRECTED. Myself and my mother took out EXACTLY on the SAME DAY, why is her one billed correctly? CAN SOMEONE WITH A BRAIN PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS ME!!! I will again refer to the recorded call with Cell C direct when I took out my contract somewhere in December (20th i think).

You honestly leave me NO option. This complaint serves as a notice, giving you sufficient working days to remedy the situation. If not completely corrected by next invoice, I will get legal representation.

HOW HARD CAN IT BE??? I had to fight you guys for so long, then got told it was corrected, only to see now again that im still being overcharged.
