Vodacom CONTINUE to provide horrific service

After a back and forth email war between myself an a minimum of 4 DIFFERENT customer care email junkies, my query is STILL not resolved. My contract expires on 8 June 2013. But it is IMPOSSIBLE to get it through to these ridiculous customer care people that I want to have my service terminated on 8 June 2013 (after the agreed upon term of 2 years). They are happy (after MUCH back and forth) finally to cancel my contract on 8 June, but i still need to pay a full month's service fee for June??? i think NOT!!! It is so easy for them to charge you a pro-rata amount when it means monies coming in, but going out, apparently "their system" won't allow for that??? Unless someone with some common sense and customer skills contacts me, i will NEVER use Vodacom going forward. This is the first time ever that i'm posting on Hellopeter, this is how annoyed I am.
