Sold 2m - only contracted to get 0.5 - why pay?

Called in May to complain that the speeds on line were very slow - 2min You Tube video can take upwards of 20min's to download slow...
Told to upgrade line to 2mb line and this would fix the problem
Paid extra and upgraded
Problem still persists - have run numerous speed tests to confirm this. Line spikes and then gets slower and slower.
Called again - None of the info from previous calls was available. Repeated for the 3rd time
C/Centre agent - Albert Mellow from Bloem - was adamant that contract states "speeds of up to 2mb" and anywhere above 0.5mb is acceptable. Albert refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Great attitude:)
Will try tomorrow to contact their Complaints dept and speak to someone who LISTENS and can make a decision - OR will take business to some company that wants to accept my cash.
