Vodacom
Blacklisted for NOTHING!!!

Hi,

This has been dragging for too long.
I went to Vodacom store last year - my plan was actually to compare the prices with the rest of the cellphone providers which is MTN, Eta, and Vodacom.

I showed the sales person the phone that i wanted and gave her my details and still told her that i will come back and let her know what i have decided.
She then activated the contract and i was in a shock when i got mails on my post box.. as if that was not enough i still got money deducted from my account which made me change my account.
I mean like really?! i don't have anything that belongs to Vodacom, no Phone, no Simcard or what so ever.
i have been contacted by a Vodacom sales person who told me that i owe them R2000 and something.. surprisingly the manager at Vodacom (Carlo) said to me this has been cancelled "a long time ago" i still requested that he sends me the proof of cancellation, gave him my email address and still NOTHING?!
i have been blacklisted for something that i don't even know - this had to be cancelled last year already and still isn't.
Please can you kindly assist.
