3G Not working

3G reception is once again intermittent and unreliable at my office. Attempts to complete compalints and network reports on your web site are unsuccessful. Similalrly, obtaining a support email address on your web site is impossible. I am therefore forced to use HelloPeter to just make contact with you despite being a contract customer - clearly an unaceptable situation.
