Still no cellphone

I called MTN Direct on 20 June 2013 as my cellphone contract was coming to an end, and I wanted to upgrade the contract. I spoke to the call centre agent and upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S4. I was then informed that all was well and that I would receive the phone within 48 hours. On 25 June 2013 I followed up with the call centre as I had not received a phone. I was told that my application was still open and had not been processed. I asked what needed to be done to process the application and no one was able to assist even the call centre team leaders. It is now 27 June 2013 and I still do not know what is holding up the application and I am still cellphoneless and will have to resort to not renewing my contract with MTN and going to a competitor to get the phone.
Anyway they couldn't get me a white phone. So much for supporting local companies.
