I changed over to a new contract from nashua mobile. I've never had a good experience with them before but decided it was just bad luck so I decided to stay and made the worst decision. since applying for my new contract endless empty promises of my phones arrival and lack of communication from nashua's branch (greenacres PE) I had to make many pointless trips to the branch to be repeatedly turned away and countless empty promises made which repeatedly were never delivered on. After two and a half weeks I finally recieved my phone only to find out that three different numbers had been assigned to my sim card. No one can tell me why and when I ask for answers the favourite response would be: "we looking into it and we will contact you tomorrow..." Naturally they never do snd still havent. After giving up on the branch I decided to deal straight with head office for the past week and have come no closer to sorting out this mess. I am still sitting with a phone whose sim card is not activated and personal information is possibly being sent to three different numbers that I dont have due to banking app's etc. Absolute mess!
