Failing to Provide the Service I Pay For!

I live in Durban North and pay for a 4mbps ADSL line from Telkom. I also purchase my bandwidth from Telkom. However the internet speeds that are supplied are far below the 4mbps line which I pay a premium for and according to several testing websites, including Telkom's, I receive between 0.3 - 0.8mbps. This is despite Telkom rolling out a 10mbps offering in my area!!!

For the last 4 - 5 weeks the speeds are so slow I can not open websites without receiving timeout messages, you can forget about watching anything on youtube and I also can not do my online purchasing without having my connection crash before I can complete my purchase.
