I decided to move my contract to Nashua Mobile, the sales assistent did not explain the contract or any aspects that went with it at all, for example needing a new micro sim card was necessary.
My application was approved by head office within one day but I had to contact Hillcrest branch myself to find out what was happening. So when I called was informed they had no phones in stock, was sent to Gateway branch on a wild goose chase to get a phone. Wasted time, money and petrol, still no phone, but being charged for the contract already.
Will never go to that branch again, will rather travel to Gateway and get excellent service.
