3 Days and still no assistance

I am trying to cancel my one mtn contract when the 24 month cortract expire, but on day 1 they had system problems, day 2 and 3 no answer when you select to speek to a consultant. I left a message on the contact us page on their website and I did send an e-mail to them but still no responce.
