THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM MTN, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
I DECIDED TO DO AN EARLY SETTLEMENT ON MY CONTRACT AND TERMINATE THE CONTRACT. TWO MONTHS LATER STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY DOCUMENTATION CONFIRMING PAYMENT OR THAT THE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SETTLED! WHEN CALLING THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT THE CONSULTANT TRANSFER YOU FROM HERE TO THERE, LIKE A MONKEY SWINGING VINES.
THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHATS GOING ON IN THEIR COMPANY.
RETENTIONS SENDS ME TO LEGAL, LEGAL CANNOT PROVIDE ANY PROPER FEEDBACK, I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE SPECIFIC MENTION OF A ARROGANT UNHELPFUL CONSULTANT MISS TSHABALA IN LEGAL THAT WAS OF NO HELP AND SENDS ME TO THE WRONG DEPARTMENT. HER WORDS EXACTLY ITS NOT MY DEPARTMENT I DONT DEAL WITH IT.
