Very bad service in legal department

R375 reflects as outstanding on my profile for the past 10 months despite numerous phone calls to the legal department who aknowledges that my account is paid up. I went to fnb festival mall branch to try and rectify the problem but the consultant gave me a phone and called the legal department who put me from pillar to post for about and hour until they cut me off. I did the same process for the past 6 months and no one seems to have a clue on what they are doing, looks like some of the stuff are so incompetent or they are lazy to do their jobs or both. It is difficult to reach out to the management who also dont seem to care about whats happening on the ground. The service is so pathetic to say the least, very shocked.
