Lacklisted for obtained contract

My name is Johannes Maphunye. I have contacted and sent required documents to vodacom to have my name removed from ITC as the contract was obtained.

I have never received any feedback from Vodacom or their attorneys (Bernard, germond and .) regarding my plight. I have requested them to provide me with proof of my ID, signature and the date I entered into contract with them, till this day no one has came back to me.

several other accounts with banks and retail stores were also opened in my name but were since reversed with the exception of vodacom. I will be very happy if someone from vodacom can put themselves in my shoes and deal with this matter speedily as it puts my life on hold unnecessary.
