Bad Network/ No Accountability/ No funds for refun

I have been battling with the Network coverage for the last 2 Months. Friday 21 & Sat the 22nd, the signal was at its worst & I needed to roam onto Vodacom. I lost a significant number of calls & needed to dial that I could utilise of a Telkom line.By Tuesday, it was so bad that I decided to purchase a new phone after being told there are no network issues only to discover that the dropped signals, dropped calls remained an issue. Customer Services needed forms to be filled out, which were never sent thru and it appears that clients are required to jump through hoops before any action is taken. I returned the new phone at 9am this morning, explaining what had happened & why I had purchased this phone only to be told after 2 hours (more forms - and lots of looking for the correct forms) I was told, we don't have the money to refund you, we will pay it into your account in 4-5 days?? No amount of protesting resolved this. I walked out of the store with no receipt, no phone and absolutely no proof that that I had paid for a phone and that I would even receive my money back. Calls to their customer services area and their CEO remain unanswered. I was promised feedback in 30 min
