Not help

I had contract with Cell C but unfortunately i lost my phone and it wasnt insured, as i wanted another phone i settle the amount and immediately join another contract, I took Blackberry bold 9900 which is R318.00 p/m contract which i am not complaining, I realised the scroller of the phone wasnt working and i went to the branch but unfortunately they couldnt help me coz they didnt have a loan phone, month end i was suppose to get airtime but unfortunately we getting Data which they never worked and i have to buy airtime everyday as data'dont work, i am still stuck with the phone that scroller not working and it is freezing all the time which i have to remove battery everyday before it works, i am still in the second month of 24months of paying R380 stuck with this phone, since they promised to call me as soon as they get loan phone for me but it never happened, i have been to the branch several times but never get help, but they billing me everymonth. I am just disappointed and ask myself if ill have to pay for 24months for this kind of problems?
