Is Nashua the worst ISP ever?

When I upgrade I selected a Samsung tablet and phone combination. As I already had twincall, I asked the sales rep whether I can use twincall on the tablet. His advice was that I needed to get dual call (which at an additional R10 per month did not bother me). Then my sorrows started. The sales agent tried to terminate twin call and create dual call simultaneously. A new sim card was also issued. It did not connect at all. I was told to wait 2 to 24 hours. I went back the next day as I still had no connection on my 2nd device. As no progress was made on dual call, I asked for this service to be cancelled - and for twincall (which was never cancelled) to be reinstated.
A month later I am still going to Nashau offices on a daily basis - and they just cannot get twin call to work. I must have had about 5 sim-swaps over the period - and every time hear the 2 to 24 hours story.. And yes, I did contact the customer service contact centre - to no avail. It is unbelievable how cumbersome the process is to get any service loaded. The frontend staff does not have system access to accomplish anything (it seems) and the networks people may (apparently) not be contacted telephonically. REALLY?
