After cancelling my Data-contract and accompanying Dual Call SIM card in February 2013 I still get billed for the Dual Call SIM card.
Pieter Eillers keep on confirming that:
Kindly be advised the technical issues regarding the deactivation of your dual Call complaint have been resolved.
But still, I get billed for it.
