13 Year number getting milked like a GOAT

I have kept my fathers number active almost # years after his death < down graded it to a package of R200- pm and would only use for oweekend calls.
I have BBs on my phone and 3-G aswell as wifi anyway got shocked May 2013 with a bill of around R2000- more than a R1800- than the average usage over a year < sent in phone to vodacom for tests and took out the sim card then next month around R500- on Data what is worse is that there is nothing wrong with that phone and i did not use any data yet i have to run around too try sorting out there problems.
The sad thing is that for 13 years this number have been part of building your Empire and yet you sent bills for things i have not use yet i get the bill but surely you can go to and all my other contracts would be terminated and i would evengo to court and proof whats right is right
