Very erratic signal at home and office

For the past 2 weeks I have not been able to get the 3G with the Blackberry symbol at home (Broadacres - Cedar & Valley rds) until almost midnight every night, signal no longer works in places around the home where it used to, yet my wifes MTN signal works everywhere.

Starting this week I am experiencing the same issues at the office Neotel HQ in midrand just off Allendale drive, signal is on or off completely for most of the day, I have attempted to get hold of customer service via twitter and directly to no avail.

Please let customers know what is going on so we can make informed decisions and remain loyal as these type of issues will cancel the effects of your new campaigns
